Comfort, style and direct ocean views!!! Just remodeled, this two level Condo has one of the four best views in the entire complex………………..a direct line view to the ocean, just 200 yards away.  Six guests can sleep comfortable with a combination of a king bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 extra-long twin beds in the guest room and a very comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  There are 2 1/2 baths, one with a shower, and one with a bathtub/shower, as well as a large washer and dryer in the laundry room.  The newly remodeled kitchen is fully furnished (with lots of extras) with all new appliances.

It’s all about the beauty and access to the Atlantic Ocean for fun and sun on the white sand beach for all your favorite ocean activities.  Plenty of parking allows you to have one specified parking spot with guest spots available on a first-come, first-serve availability.  The intercoastal waterway is 1-4 miles away for boating or fishing from the Mantanzas Bridge at the inlet, or fishing off shore.

From two private balconies, you can welcome each new day with the lovely sunrise over the Atlantic, enjoying your morning coffee, a bowl of cereal or your favorite gourmet breakfast while catching the brilliant oranges, reds and pinks of a glorious sunset from the guest room balcony.

On-site, enjoy a challenging tennis match, shoot some hoops or challenge your friends to a game of racquetball, shuffleboard or ping-pong if you’re not sunbathing by the lovely onsite pool or emailing your friends about your perfect vacation, using the Wi-Fi from the Condo’s clubhouse.  There are plenty of outdoor barbecue grills spaced around the property if you’d like to grill some local shrimp or fresh fish. Or choose to dine in one (of many) of the absolutely delightful variety of restaurants in the area, several within a very short walking distance from the condo.

With only 60 units onsite, the locations is quiet and peaceful, or open enough to meet other interesting visitors also enjoying the condo complex.  Make new friends and enjoy some of the area’s activities with them, or alone——- local musicians, festivals, concerts, the St. Augustine flea market, local produce stands, bingo, karaoke, trivia nights, walking, bicycling or rollerblading on the bike/walking path accessible just steps from your door, world-class golfing, collecting shells and watching for playful dolphins or land turtles laying their eggs.

With St. Augustine being the oldest city in the United States, there is tons of history and local lore to enjoy, engage in, and knowledge to be gained.  The St. Augustine lighthouse is a delight, as well as the local “zoo” and Obstacle Course at the Alligator Farm, “old town” St. Augustine, with several pedestrian-only streets, plenty of shopping, antiquing, ghost tours, walking tours and Red Train tours.  Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth, Flagler College and Museum, The Lightner Museum, the Nights of Lights extravaganza during the winter holiday season, numerous State Parks, and so, so much more will keep you engaged as much as your energy, interest and time allow.
